Arini mungkin gaya citer agak sikit beza. Dh 2 ari Umi cuti, dok umah utk jaga 2 org Permata kat umah tu... So, Si Ayah tolong coretkan utk tatapan lak.

After 2 weeks guna healin, mmg nmpk kesan yg amat ketara. Harap ianya berpanjangan untuk menjadi yang lebih baik. Kat Abg Long masih muncul lg bisul2 kecil tu. Wpun tak bnyk mcm mula2 tp masih tak sampai ati nk tgk dia mcm tu. Dh hampir 2 mngu gak dia ponteng TASKA. Camne ni??? Nx week ada test lak kat TASKA. Hopefully dia sempat recover weekend ni. Kat umah pun sempat ajar dia apa yg dia dh belajar kat TASKA.

























Ni progress dia. Alhamdullilah, nmpk perubahan kepada yg lebih baik. Insya,Allah akan jd lebih baik lps ini.

Tapi.....beza lak ngan Si Adik Zaza. After 2 weeks gunakan produk healin baru muncul bisul2 kecil tu. Wpun sedikit tp untuk kanak2 berumur 2 tahun yg menanggungnya tentunya rasa sgt sakit dan gatal. Tiap kali mandi dia akan berasa pedih. Mungkin kesan garu2 dan lukanya. Masa tu la kena peluk dia, pujuk dia agar rasa tenang & selesa.

Ni tompok2 mcm bisul yg baru tumbuh. Di siku, di lengan, di kaki. Mungkin ini akan ambil masa utk 2 3 minggu lg. Lamanya la.... Sabar... sabar... Ya Allah, Aku memohon kepadaMu agar kau permudahkan dan sembuhkanlah sakit anak2 ku ini. Amin.....

this is the result.. huhu RM500 for this piece of paper.. ada tempat lagi murah ka? syukur alhamdulillah.. abg long tak allergik kepada seafood.. tapi... saaaaaangat allergik kepada.. DUST MITE. lor... patutla tak baik2... elakla makanan apa pon.. gitu... jugak. The time for a new sofa? haha... ada ke doctor tu kata camtu.. taula umah aku smua fabric.. sofa fabric, carpeted, and even we lepak2 tgk tv pon baring2 atas carpet. no wonder la.. huhu.. and the worst part is.. my curtain.. heavy and velvety. sah2 la trap habuk yaaang banyak... vacuum? yes I do vaccum my house.. tapi idakla tiap hari.. lainla klau ada bibik kan.. so pasni.. tgh2 malam pon aku kene la memvacuum ye tak? balik umah dah kol 6.30 ptg.. nk masak lagi.. nk layan anak lagi.. lipat baju lagi, basuh baju lagi.. mcm2.. now kene tambah satu task lagi. vacuum. huhu... takpe2.. chaiyok!

ok.. since dust mite is everywhere and hard to avoid.. ye la.. takkan gi umah org.. nk soh org vaccum rumah dia dulu kan.. melampau betul.. so aku berpendapat... supplement is the best option apart from getting rid of all the allergens. Vitamin C... itu memadai utk kanak2.. to strengthen their immune system.

then.. back to HEALIN.

meh aku cerita sket sinopsis dia... memula masa mencari info on product to try on... ku tgk ada testimonial video from healin gamat.. yang menunjukkan seorang kanak2 lelaki lingkungan usia 3 tahun kot.. ada eczema chronic the whole body. mmg takde bulu roma langsung.. rambut pon tak tumbuh. scaly all over the body from head to toe. so melihatkan itu... aku pon email kepada pihak healin, tanye dia apa produk yang sesuai utk eczema. then dia reply.. suruh cuba Imunol dan Derma X.

so menapakla aku ke tesco beli imunol n derma X. tu yg bagi.. n alhamdulillah abg long mmg dah kurang menggarunye. bila seminggu makan.. naik pulak bisul2 tu.. panic la umi. nk call healin, tak bole sbb wknd. so try contact stokis. stokis kata continue imunol, kurangkan dosage, dan sapukan lukano utk luka2 bisul tu. belila lagi... sib baik lukano tu murah je n berkesanla.. cepat kering luka2 bernanah tu. tapi aku still tak puas hati.. hari isnin ptg.. call healin. staff tu kata.. tak berani nk bagi apa2 comment sbb tak pernah ada case camni. dia suruh direct call Prof Dato Dr Hassan pengasas Healin Gamat tu sendiri. She gave me his number and asked me to call tomorrow morning.

Malam tu pulak.. Zaza demam.. masa nk pegi amik blood test result tu pon zaza dah kata 'cejuuuk'.. so terus gi klinik. so aku decide nk cuti selasa tu. pagi selasa still continue dgn imunol... sbb kene makan before breakfast. tapi tgk kt tangan n kaki zaza pon ada naik biji2.. tapi tak bernanah mcm abg long. so aku sapukan derma X je.. sbb lukano pedih, zaza takmo. Mak Abah datang tgk cucu2nye.. Tok Abah siap bawak minyak gamat 3 botol, kapas sebekas utk disapu kt luka2 abg long. lama la jugak tok abah merawat abg long tu. dalam kol 9 camtu.. aku call Prof Hassan. Bila aku kata je nk tanye.. pasal anak eczema.. Dia terus jawab.. eczema? Insyaallah.. bole sembuh... sejuuuuk ati aku dengar. soft spoken orangnye. Then aku katala.. saya dah bagi imunol seminggu lebih. belum sempat aku cerita lanjut.. dia kata.. "Jangan bagi imunol." ... lorr... bukan ke staff dia sendiri yg suggest imunol? then dia soh aku sambung cerita. so lepas bercerita cot cet cot cet.. dia suruh STOP Imunol. sebab imunol ni akan keluarkan semua yg ada dlm badan. nanti budak2 tak tahan. kita guna slow n steady. so dia suruh tukar amik Zaniplus. ooo.. patutla abg long keluar teruk.. sbb start2 je terus amik imunol. Sbb Prof kata.. amik Zaniplus dulu... sapu Derma X Premium. bila dah 90% sembuh.. baru amik Imunol.. utk keluarkan saki baki yg ada dlm badan klau ada lagila. OKla tu.. Zaniplus murah sket.. RM64 je.. Cuma DermaX Premium tu susah nk cari. semalam pegi House Of Healin kt tesco tu.. stokis tu pon bole taktau kewujudan Derma X Premium. camne tu? Dan satu lagi Prof pesan... bila pakai derma X tu.. utk bbrp hari awal pakai tu.. dia akan jadi gatal... so apply selepas mandi 2 kali sehari.. then selebihnye moisturize guna vaseline je. tapi since aku dah biasa guna olive oil.. so aku continue je la..

That's it. itula progress untuk semalam.

Ini Zaniplus yg Prof suruh amalkan tu. nampak stokin tu? hehe.. itu utk Zaza.. sbb dia dah start pakai Derma X.. so dia akan rasa gatal kt tempat2 yg ada eczema tu. so aku pkaikan dia stokin. masa Eczema dorang teruk... aku mmg pkaikan dorang stokin kt kaki n tangan.. so that dorang tak menggaru. barula bole tido aman. tapi malam tadi.. 2 kali zaza bangun kegatalan. aku apply olive oil... usap2 sket.. mmg terasa ada kulit2 mati yg tertanggal.. tu yang buat dia gatal tu. bagi susu.. on aircon.. tidola dia.. pastu 3 jam after.. dia bangun lg gatal2.. buat mende yg sama.. sampai tadi aku gi keje zaza lom bangun lagi. ngantuk sangat le tu.. sejak2 eczema trigger teruk ni.. kitorang berkampung kat Hall aje. senang nk tengok2 kan budak2 ni. bole jugakla nk kemas2 katil dorang tukar n buang apa yg patut. ye la.. dah kata anak allergic to dust mite kan.. no more carpet.. langsir kene pkai blind ke? cadar n blanket mmgla.. dari dulu takleh pkai sebarangan. 100% cotton aje. tu yang umi pantang dengar warehouse sale Ausino.. gigih umi pegi. situ je la leh dpt bedsheet yg high quality with low price.

OK.. since dah cerita pasal zaza.. now kita ikuti perkembangan Zaza pulak. dia tak sesevere abg long. but to many people.. tgk keadaan camtu mesti dah kata teruk. but to us.. itu kira OK lagi.. sbb dah jadi lagiii teruk kan..

ni mata dia mcm bengkak n merah.. malam semalam. but pagi tu tgk dah takde.. maybe effect from imunol jugak

Thanx for ur supports and suggestions. Really appreciate it. Parents mana yang takmau lihat anak sihat kan.. selama ni dah bermacam klinik kami pergi. Bermacam krim, lotion dan mandian dah dicuba. Now we decided to try on Healin Gamat. maybe it will take a few months to recover.. doakan ye.. mudah2an anak2 comel ini tabah hadapi semua dugaan ni, dan semoga mereka akan cepat sembuh.

healing crisis?

is this for real? huhu... healing crisis. I don't know how long it will take.. but really heart throbbing gituu... uaaaa...

I've mentioned in my recent posting that I gave Abg Long and Adik supplement from Healin Gamat which is called Imunol. I gave them since 11/3/2011.

This is what is stated in their website.
The power of imunol lies on its ability to control & modulate the immune system & rejuvenate skin cells, moreover it helps to relieve & treat symptoms of asthma, allergy, skin disease & other related diseases which resistant to conventional therapy.

OK.. I even contacted the healin customer service, and asked the suitable supplement for severe eczema. He recommended Imunol for oral intake and Derma X for external usage. OK. I found out that the Imunol cost RM114.90 and Derma X for 20g cost RM57. hmm... okay... okay... let's try it okay.. Hope this is it.

They started well.. taking 1 teaspoon before breakfast and before dinner everyday. Everything seems ok.. not much to talk about. Until one fine day.. woke up in the morning... Abg long got these 'bisul' all over his legs and hands. Luckily Tok Abah is just around the corner.. so it has been 4 days since Abg Long skipped his taska. I let him rest under Tok Abah's care. Thanks Abah...

This is the first day after the bisul2 .. Just apply minyak gamat. Panicked and call the stockist. She told me that is a common symptom of HEALING CRISIS. It is a process when the toxic is flushed out of the body... or called DETOXIFICATION. Normally it will last up to 2 weeks. I really hope that it will take less than that.

Day 2 after the outbreak. Some of the bisul subside. The skin is much softer than before...

This is yesterday. Dah mula kering and some bisul tumbuh lagi.. but in a small amount. and today tgk yg semalam dah semakin kering dan yang tumbuh baru pon dah berkurangan.

Bisul2 ni smua keluar dekat area yang selalu kene eczema.. tangan dan kaki. muka maintain hensem ye..

Derma X. Sapu di kawasan2 eczema. bagus.. tapi mahalnye.... RM57 tu.. beso tu je.. beso tiub OXY jerawat..

Sabun mirakel. RM9.90. ni baru try. since aku dah start smua dgn produk healin.. so akan continue ikut range dia. hopefully akan beri kesan positif. Insyaallah. Tapi sabun ni sesuai jugak utk muka. so aku test dulu before pkaikan kat anak2 kan... wangii.... bau ros.. dah feeling2 basuh muka dengan sirap le plak...


Aku akan update blog ini sekerap yang bole untuk lihat progress anak2 aku. Moga ia bole jadi panduan buat ibu2 di luar sana yang mungkin menghadapi masalah yang sama. setahu aku... ratio kanak2 yg menghidap eczema di malaysia agak tinggi. cuma mungkin kita tak tau namanye eczema.. smua dok balun kata gatal2, allergik, kulit sensitif.

Dan price yang aku letak kt sini adalah untuk rujukan. Aku hadapi masalah bila search info on eczema ni.. nk jugak buat anggaran kos utk ubat2 ni smua kan.. so now aku dah list kan rege skali. senang nk rujuk.

akhirnye... blood test

sejak eczema flare up teruk last 3 weeks... aku mmg dah nekad nak buat blood test untuk budak2 ni... kesian sangat... aku taktau nak avoid apa lagi dah.. seafood.. no more.. clean and clear freezer aku.. no more udang sotong bagai. umi and ayah kalau nk makan udang segala sila makan kat office ye.. kesian anak-anak.

puas aku dok search around, kat mane nak buat allergy test. Pernah aku amik cuti semata-mata nk pegi refer HTAR... half day menunggu and register segala.. masuk 5 minit.. doctor bagi hydrocortisone cream ngan anti histamine syrup. doctor sendiri tanye aku sebelum ni bagi ubat apa.. then aku katala pernah pakai hydrocot, BDP, BVC.. ezerra.. and orally ada amik ubat selsema.. then aku tanye doc nk bg ubat apa? dengan senyum2 dia jawab.. ubat yg sama. what the heck? grr...

aku pegi pulak UMRA.. katanye umra ni bagus n murah.. ye la. aku nk jengah DEMC ke.. SJMC ke.. mmg tak daya la.. so umra ni kira paling dasat la aku pegi.. ye la.. aku beranak smua kt spital gomen hokey.. keje kuli batak je.. tak mampu ai nk berbaring2 di DEMC... ai slalu lalu2 aje depan DEMC tuh.. hehe.. so bila pegi umra ni.. dah la ramai org.. tp okla kan.. aku tahankan jugakla.. so masuk jumpa Dr Tajul. is he a paed? ye kot.. so bila aku kata anak2 aku ada eczema.. dia tgk abg long n dia geleng2 kepala.. its very bad... mmg sungguh2 dia buat muka worried abis la.. frankly dia kata.. you cannot afford to handle eczema in private clinics. Eczema ni.. kene moisturize moisturize and moisturize. so klau ezerra cream la yang disuggestkan.. RM24 pertube sebesar tube OXY jerawat tu.. u can do the maths la.. satu tube tu will last abt 2 days je klau utk abg long sorang. n now aku hadap both kids yang ada eczema. huhu.. nak mintak dia buat allergy test, tp dia tak recommend pulak.. so balik hampa je la.. byr je la RM200 utk 2 botol ezerra cleanser, 2 tube ezerra cream, 1 botol piriton. hmm..

so sudah2 la.. aku pon dah taktau nk hala ke mana.. nk pegi specialist? aku yakin dan pasti ubat2 yg dia bagi pusing2 ituuuuuu jugak. baik ubat sapu, ubat makan, mandian n lotion.. sure yg sama la.. dah itu je dlm pasaran kan. ko ingat doktor lain2 klinik tu buat sendiri2 ke ubat dorang kan? sah2 ubat yg sama.. ko pilih je nk yg mane... brand apa.. rge bape.. so aku try pulak supplement. aku dah try Energizing Soy Protein from shaklee... gagal. aku try pulak Black Seed Oil (softgel) from Halagel. masih takde perubahan ketara selepas habis sebotol of 120softgels. lgpon sbb abg long sorang je yang berjaya telan softgel tu. adik takmo. so now aku try pulak Imunol from Healin Gamat. yang ni both kids suka.. senang nk bg dorang minum tiap pagi before breakfast and before dinner. so now.. try to stick to this one first. tengok result macam mana...

semalam is hari ke 7 amik imunol tu. tetiba pulak aku tengok tempat2 eczema tu ada yang bernanah. uaaa.. aku dah cuak. pesal pulak. ada yg tersilap makan ke? seingat aku budak2 tu mkn biasa je.. cuma pagi rabu tu... aku n mr hubby cuti, konon nak gi klinik tapi tak berjaya. so the kids breakfast bihun goreng kat mamak. so adakah itu punca nya? hmmm.. so pepagi tu gi klinik macam entry aku yg lepas la.

balik ofis petang tu.. mr hubby dah siap2 draw cash bagai.. and we decide to do the blood test. gi klinik.. tanpa sebarang amaran.. cerita2.. pengenalan.. abg long kene amik darah. uaaa... apa lagi. melalak la dia. nasib baik melalak aje tanpa meronta. klau tidak... silap2 hari bulan mau patah syringe. scary meh.. luluh hati aku dengar anak menjerit sakit camtu. aku mmg tak berani tgk.. aku dok pandang lain dgn adik. ayah je yg tolong the doctor pegang abg long. maafkan umi sayang.. umi terpaksa buat blood test ni utk kebaikan abg long jugak... selagi taktau abg long allergik pada apa.. selagi tu la abg long susah nak baik. nk avoid satu2 makanan bukan senang. tambah2 lagi dia duduk taska... takkan aku nak senang2 request special dish utk anak aku kan...

so for the mothers out there.. yang mane ada anak2 eczema.. u can try to do a blood test.try cari kt mane2 allergy centre.. or specialist ke.. aku dah puas cari n penat. so bila klinik depan rumah aje bolebuat.. i dont care about the price la.. RM500 is too steep for me.. but at least we did the test. daripada aku dok search sane sini call sane sini.. tapi tak buat2.. sampai bila anak nk tahan camtu kan? so this is it. we finally found it and made it. so tunggu la next week paling lewat.. they will call me to collect the result. harap2 tak banyak manala food or substance yang dia allergik.

arini aku nak membebel in BM je.. sbb rasa tak tahan. wakaka.. pagi2 lg masuk ofis lambat sbb berkejar bawak abg long pegi clinic. his eczema worsen. huhu.. so i decided to do a blood test for him. went to K C Tay clinic nearby this morning, with abg long scratching here and there. All the patients are watching at him curiously. some with sympathy eyes, n rest with uncomfortable eyes. rileks la beb.. eventhough it looks bad, but eczema is not contagious. so need not to worry kay. dont discriminate kids with eczema.. you can still hug n kiss them like others.

enter the consultation room, the doctor smile and greet abg long.. a nice chinese guy.. i forgot to ask his name la.. is he doc Tay? dont know la.. too buzy handling abg long's 'itchiness'.. huhu.. I've faced this problem since he is 1 year old. Been prescribed so many steroidal cream..

last week, me and mr hubby brought the kids to Pusat Perubatan Umra. Met the paed there.. he suggested us to refer our case to HKL for further checkup. He wrote a reference letter, and asked me to pass it to a nearby klinik kesihatan. but somehow.. the doctor in klinik kesihatan just refer my case to HTAR... not HKL. so how? I've consulted the doctor in HTAR... and she only gave us hydrocortisone cream and anti histamine syrup that abg long has been taking for 4 years. alloo.. klau ubat camtu.. takyah aku smpai amik cuti Q gi spital bagai.. ubat2 tu klinik depan rumah pon leh bagi.. adehla.. kecewa...

ok.. back to the blood test.. the doctor estimated the test will cost about 400-500 ringgit perperson.. adoila.. dah anak sakit kan.. redah aje la.. i'm sick of trying this ubat.. that supplement.. those creams.. penatla beb.. hope this is the end of it.

eczema triggers!

hehe.. lama rasanye tak pot pet pot pet.. hari ni hold kejap itu nasi lemak.. jap gi aku makan.. but now i'm gonna talk a bit about eczema. What on earth is that? Well.. it is a disease. A skin disease to be exact. Chop! why suddenly I write in English? Why? Do you know why? It's my deary hubby la... he dares me to blog in English. eh hellooo... I can what.. dont play2 ha... quoted from PCK Pvt Ltd the best in Singapore and JB.. some says Batam also. wakakaka.. hillarious Gurmit.

Ok2.. back to the topic. Eczema.. never that I realize that I am an eczema sufferer. hehe.. sufferer.. sounds scary mehh... no la.. its not that bad actually. as long as I can avoid all the trigger factor.. than I'll be okay... The last time my eczema strikes was on my wedding day. wakakaka.. imagine a bride with eczema.. at that time, I was so busy preparing for my wedding, got not enough rest, stress, and few months before that I think I was helping in my cousin's wedding... never had enough sleep and also got no time to pamper myself properly. mandi2 kambing aje.. wakaka.. so that triggers my eczema la.. but at that time.. I never knew it was eczema. All I know is I have a sensitive skin. Eczema never crossed my mind back then.

Now.. alhamdulillah... my eczema is not severe anymore. I can eat seafood.. everything la without a problem. BUT! hmm.. my kids. they're now diagnosed by the doctor... they got eczema. huhuhuh.. so sad.. A'an starts his first symptom when he was about 7 months old. I remember back then, whenever we went for shopping at Tesco, I'll bring along a bottle of lotion inside my handbag, together with his diapers n milk. The aircon was too cold for him and it dries out his skin.. his skin around the neck will start to dry and become scaly. so sad.

Now he is 5 years old. and his eczema is on and off. Steroid cream has been a very good 'doctor' to him. I know steroid is not good for a long term use.. but I have no choice. Been prescribed hydrocortisone cream, Betamethasone Dipropionate (BDP) ointment, Aquous oitment.. Cetaphil cleanser, Sebamed, Eucerin, Calamine lotion.. all those for external usage... and different brand of anti histamine, anti inflamation syrup. Thank God Abg long is such a good boy.. he's easy with any kind of ubat. And even now, I've started to make him take Black Seed Oil (soft gel) on a daily basis. He failed to down the softgel in his first attempt. Maybe dont know how to make sure 'that thing' pass into his throat. hehe.. I just tell him to relax n drink more and relax. Walla! he made it. Now everyday he will take 1 softgel after dinner.

Handling eczema, made me aware of my kids health. I keep track of whatever cream prescribed by the doctor... search natural remedies for eczema.. but haven't found the best yet. But I'll keep searching. InsyaAllah...

Tried Olive oil to moisturize his skin... so far that is the best.. and the best part is.. it is also a Sunnah. Bought 100% olive oil brand Safi at Tesco.. cost about RM10 per bottle. And it will last less than a week. haha...

Changed his formula milk... Abg Long is an Enfa baby. hehe.. from Enfalac A+ to Enfapro to Enfagrow and now Enfakid. But now I've switched his milk to Isomil. huhhu... I really dont know what is he allergic to. Avoid seafoods, peanuts, and now dairy products. huhuh.. takkan nk jadi vegetarian kot?? Been planning to do a blood test for him.. searched around.. but up until now.. not done yet. huhu.. uaaa..

oh nasi kandar!

alhamdulillah... perut pon dah kenyang...

tetiba tadi sarah buzz aku tanye " han dah try raihan nasi kandar kt bawah tu?". hehe.. sejak kedai kt bawah ni baru beroperasi.. aku lom gi 'rasmikan' lagi... ye la.. bila masa la aku nk kuar lunch.. jarang bebeno... nak2 lak minggu ni mr hubby takde... laagila aku tak memasak kt umah.. makanye aku kononnye melancarkan program diet seminggu... dgn anak2 aku ajar mkn sandwic. tu sat2 gi la aku cerita. la ni aku nk cerita perihal nasi kandar...

walaupon nasi kandar ni dah lama gile bertapak di Malaya... tapi aku memang jaaaarang sesangat pekena nasi ni. sebabnye?? aku tak suka makan nasi ngan kari yg bole buat mandi.. gile taruk kuah kari bersenduk2. so tadi... aku, sarah, linda, lail n wan gi la merasmikan raihan nasi kandar tu. masa kitorang smpai tu kol 12.30 tgh. hehe.. sampai.. mcmla jauh sesangat... jln kaki tak smpai seminit pon dah smpai.. so Q tak pnjng.. sib baikla.. so aku just warning kt mamak tu.. kata nasi separuh (alasan diet tadi kan...), takmo kuah. basic yg aku tgk dia taruk kuah kari 3 jenis, tauge goreng sesenduk. pastu ayam goreng seketul. aku yg tak tau menau ni ikut je la.. since aku takmo kuah.. dgn toge tu pon dia tak bg. lantakla.. bkn aku suka sgt pon lauk tu. tp bila aku nk tmbh lauk lain... alamak.. ni lauk apa? ada 2 lauk je yg bole aku kategorikan sebagai sayur. cili hijau goreng ngan peria goreng crispy. hmm.. yg mane aku nk pilih? last2 arini terpaksa aku mkn protein sahaja.. tanpa sayuran. aku just tambah seketul paru goreng.

tung tang tung tang... datang mamak kira.. RM8! hmm.. so aku assume itu price final la kot.. yg lain2 pon price lebih kurang. yg tak add on apa2 pon kene rm6 regardless air apa ko amik. so kitorang ala2 happy la kot.. RM8 permeal sekali teh ais. kira okla kan... borak2.. mkn2.. which is tak baper kena ngan tekak aku.. i'm not a fan of curry. klau kari bersantan tu aku suka la.. nak2 klau mak aku masak kari ayam.. yummy! tapi aku teeetap tambah kicap, additional protein source kononnye. wakakaka alasan takleh blah.

aku tgk.. si lail mkn tak smpai separuh harga. mmg sungguh2 tak kena tekak dia la tu. si wan lak.. licin selicinnye.. tp mamat ni mmg stok2 telan seme mende... hatta meja tu klau cicah sos pon dia leh telan. tp badan tetap sekeping. jeles tol akak... takpe.. korang bujang lg.. enjoyla tulang gitar tu... once dah kawin.. ko takkan nampak lagi tulang gitar tu.. yg ko nampak perut buncit je nnti. hahaha...

bila nk bayar... itu mamak tanye.. "air apa kak?" hah? aku ingat dah kira skali tadi RM8 tu... aku jawab teh ais.. aku bagi sekeping note kaler merah.. dia pulangkan aku 2 keping syiling tepak sireh, sekeping syiling congkak. hmmm... membuatkan aku berkira2 utk dtg lagi....

alkisah kt rumah pulak.... menu aku setiap malam isnin dan selasa yg sudah... adalah sandwic ala2 subway. hmm .. subway kt giant sek 13 tu aku tak rasmikan lagi.. wakaka.. motif semua tempat baru aku kene rasmikan? hehe...

sekarang ni si abg long tengok cd Ben and Bella... series yg dkt food store. so adala si beruang 2 ekor ni gi beli "bread, butter, ham and cheese" untuk buat sandwic. so aku pon gunala ilmu itu utk memujuk abg long makan sandwic jugak. cuma aku tak ckup mat saleh nk telan sandwic tanpa rasa apa2.. aku add in la tuna.. motif utama jugak nk ngabiskan 'coral salad' aku beli kt giant aritu. tergoda dgn salad kale ijau n purple ittew.. alangkah sedapnye dimakan bersama thousand island.. huhu... yummy! tetiba abg long kata... abg long nak sandwic yang letak "bread, butter, cheese, tomato and bread"... huhu.. tomato? sib baikla ada sebiji tomato belen2 wat nasi ayam penyet ahad lepas.. so aku pon buatla ... n suprisingly... abg long suka sangat that sandwic. siap mintak tambah. walhal aku just letak bread, tuna mayonaise, cheese and tomato je. cumanye aku suruh dia susun sendiri sandwic dia. ala2 buat masa kiddies kitchen kat taska dia je... tu yg buat dia interested nk makan kot...

dan untuk malam ni... adakah menu yg sama lagi? tuna mayonaise dah abis.. abg long dah request beli lagi.. huhu.. budak2 ni klau umi masak berat2 mmg liat nak makan sbb kol 4 ptg dah pre dinner kt taska. hmm...
